callisto space renews a maintenance contract with ISTRAC

ISTRAC has renewed the Callisto Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) until 2021.In partnership with Western Systems, its representative in India, Callisto has supplied S/X Band Ultra Cryoegenic LNAs to ISTRAC since 2008 and the appropriate maintenance service (AMC) as required by the Ultra systems. The annual servicing of the Ultra cryogenic systems involves the replacement of seals in the cold head along with basic cleaning and Radio Frequency checks. The smooth permanent functionning of these LNAs is a must as they support exploration missions such as Chandrayaan 2 which was launched few days ago.
